She’s so cute! She lives a few blocks away. I’ve only ever seen her in the window. I was glad she didn’t look away from the camera or give me a look of unbearable boredom like most cats I’ve photographed.
Thanks for your compliment and suggestion :-). I suppose the photograph would be more aesthetically pleasing without the coffee cup and would have more universal appeal. I thought about removing it when it was just a UWO (unidentified windowsill object). But it makes me laugh, which may be a more personal than universal reaction. And as an appreciator of cats and coffee, the message I get from the rustic little window is βHome sweet homeβ.
I do need to work on my Photoshop skills though. I have a lovely image of a goose next to an unfortunate little pile of poo :-(. I tried but failed at pasting an inconspicuous patch of grass over it. If you have an online resource or book you are particularly fond of, Iβd be happy to know.
She was so cute! π She lived a few blocks away from me when I lived in Vancouver. How did you meet Stevie’s mom? (I never knew any of my cats’ moms.)
Stevie lived with his sister and their mom with my boyfriend’s parents. π
When Stevie was little then he fell down in basement full of water (later it was repaired) and my boyfriend saved him and gave him to me. And that moment when I dried him in my lap was the moment I knew that he will be my cat. π
Funny! Beautiful cat, too!

Happy accidents happen when you are ready with a camera! π

Lovely picture. If it was mine I would take off the text on the coffee cup to keep the focus on the cat. Just something I learned in class.
