Changing colors: night falls on Spanish Banks February 24, 2015July 30, 2015Myriam (Myr's Bytes) Glowing clouds. Light orange and grey horizon. Wisps of cotton candy. I walked west. Vancouver Island was barely visible in the distance. People and dogs played in the fading light. Fuchsia crept into the purple-grey clouds. Fuchsia took over. Crescendo! The black silhouette of Vancouver Island became clearly visible in the distance. Container ships in the northwest. I walked east, looking back occasionally to see the colors in the west. Stoic heron. Herons can be so still for so long. Looking north. The lights of container ships and West Vancouver. Eastern view: downtown towers. Share this:TwitterFacebookLike this:Like Loading... Related
